Meet Jeremy

Jeremy Wooldridge is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 1, which encompasses all of Clay County and parts of Greene and Randolph counties. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, and is currently serving his second term. Wooldridge resides in Marmaduke, Arkansas with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children, Jax Henry and Knox Harrison. They are active members of the Church of Christ.

Wooldridge graduated from Crowley’s Ridge Academy and earned both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in social work from Arkansas State University. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Crowley’s Ridge Development Council, an organization focused on economic development and community services in northeast Arkansas.

In the 95th General Assembly, Wooldridge serves as Vice-Chair of the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee. He is also a member of the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. In the 94th General Assembly, Wooldridge served on House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee. He also served as Vice-Chair of House Information and Technology Committee.

Beyond his legislative duties, Wooldridge is actively involved in his community. He has served on the boards of United Way, Mission Outreach, the Northeast Fire District, and the Arkansas Community Action Agencies Association. His previous public service includes serving as a Justice of the Peace for Greene County District.
